Alex Schloop is the Chief Brand Officer at Inns of Aurora Resort & Spa, where he has defined the brand for the last 14 years throughout its development as a premier luxury destination.

Alex oversees all marketing, brand management, creative direction, public relations, and interior design. He has a BA in English literature and book arts from Wells College and a certificate in Hospitality Brand Management from the Nolan School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.

Alex has been interviewed in Vogue, Domino, and Passport Magazine. He lives in New York’s Finger Lakes region with his partner and their Seal Point Siamese, Kitty. He is an avid baker with a penchant for tiered cakes and pecan sticky buns.
