As a part of the Beyond Collection’s inaugural Wellness Summit in June of 2025, Alex worked with the Inns of Aurora team to bring to life a field-inspired dinner for 40 guests. Inspired by the fields surrounding the circa 1830s barn—with shades of deep sage greens and a whisper of purple from blooming alfalfa—Alex lead the creative charge to reimagine a previous storage location into a stand-out event space.
